Open Source Project Space Prototype
with Philip Spangler
2012

A cardboard and plywood pop up. A nomadic artist-run space, one inspired by on utopian architectural visions and not merely a scrappy reflection of the institutional cube.

Motivated by the close of our project space and inspired by the designs in Victor Papanek's Nomadic Furniture books, we created a modular, mobile artist-run space. The project also included a take-away diagramatic poster, animated instructional video, artist zine library and was host to a series of readings and performances over the course of the installation.

Installed as part of Material Witness at the Weston Gallery, as curated by Matt Distel.
